Sri Sankara Senior Secondary School is a Co-educational institution and is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. The school at Adyar has classes from LKG to XII std. with a strength of around 2000 students. They are handled by a highly qualified staff and personalized individual attention to the students is the hallmark of the institution. The school has been maintaining a high standard of excellence in the academic field and in every sphere of school activity. The school has been producing cent percent results in the Board Examinations consecutively for nearly a quarter century.

NORMS OF ADMISSION

• Admission will be based on written test. Successful candidates will be interviewed by Vice-Principal/Principal. Only meritorious students will be admitted.
• Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate and record of performance in the previous class must be produced at the time of admission.
• Transfer Certificate must be endorsed by the Board to which the institution is affiliated.
• Admission will stand cancelled if fees is not paid by the specified date.
